TEDx is a program devoted to delivering local events that bring people together to discuss  “Ideas Worth Spreading”.   The TED concept started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design.  This years local event will take place at the Winnipeg Art Gallery (WAG) on September 15th, and will include Jim Kor, Senior Designer and Project Leader of Urbee among the key speakers.  This will also be the World-Premier of the Urbee vehicle, a two-passenger ultra fuel-efficient hybrid vehicle which will be unveiled at the event.
